Product Manager (Technical)

📋 Description

• Contribute to the Network Observability roadmap (LiveNX, Network Synthetics)
• Define and deliver features for Network Synthetics
• Translate requirements into user stories and maintain a backlog
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, support, and marketing to ship features
• Incorporate AI-driven insights into observability workflows
• Engage with customers and field teams to gather feedback and use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in product management, analytics, or technical roles (net eng/IT ops)
• Hands-on experience with routing, wireless, NetFlow, or similar networking tech
• Strong customer orientation with experience engaging users and gathering feedback
• Interest in observability, AI/ML, or data-driven products
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to break down complex problems and communicate clearly
