📋 Description

• Own no-code configuration layer across ad formats, video players, CMPs, and related publisher
• Lead the roadmap for activation and tagging to empower publishers to configure formats without
• Simplify configuration journeys to reduce friction and support needs.
• Shape the configuration experience for video templates and player behavior/appearance.
• Lead video catalog management: uploads, organization, metadata, and scalability.
• Own CMP and paywall template configuration across surfaces for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, with no-code/self-serve/platforms or configuration-heavy products.
• Strong UX sensibility to turn complex configuration into guided experiences.
• Technical literacy: API-first design, WordPress plugin environments; coding not required.
• Systems-thinking with scalable frameworks, guardrails, and permission models.
• Experience coordinating across multiple product/engineering teams.
• Agentic mindset with AI tool-calling patterns and clean interfaces for agents.
