Product Manager, Voyage

📋 Description

• Own voyage experience from embarkation to disembarkation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; drive guest experiences and revenue.
• Develop schedules, deployments, and voyage technicals.
• Coordinate with Marine, Port Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
• Lead training for itineraries and program launches.
• Ensure compliance and risk management for voyages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Hospitality/Tourism or related exp.
• 3+ years in ship voyage development or similar role.
• Strong comms, negotiation, cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office; PM tools; map/chart programs.
• Knowledge of budgeting and flight/itinerary planning is a plus.
• MXP/database familiarity is a plus.
