Product Marketing Launch Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and drive monthly product drops and biannual launches
• Coordinate across product marketing, campaigns, communications, social, web, and field enablement
• Organize launch plans with owners and stakeholders; monitor status
• Lead launch planning, retrospectives, and status meetings
• Collaborate with product marketing and product management across lines
• Identify process improvements to scale day-to-day business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product marketing/launch for software or tech
• Bachelors in marketing, business, or IT
• Strong project/program management and software launch experience
• Experience coordinating with PMM, Sales, Pre-Sales, Global Communications, PM, and Engineering
• Excellent written communication and people skills
• Strong problem solving and collaborative mindset

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $131,000 - $198,000 USD
