📋 Description

• Own product marketing for esports across B2B touchpoints
• Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for operators
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear commercial narratives
• Partner with Sales to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
• Lead go-to-market for new features and market expansions
• Build PMM assets (decks, one-pagers, enablement, messaging)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles
• Experience with complex/technical products and professional buyers
• Strong positioning and messaging skills; simplify without losing substance
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing's role in revenue
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders
• Ability to operate with partial information and structure where missing
