Product Marketing Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Asana workflow, intake, hygiene, and docs
• Build and maintain project docs, status reports, and process guides
• Keep Guru knowledge base clean and organized
• Organize reviews, customer interviews, and product feedback
• Monitor campaigns; assist with reporting and optimization
• Surface product usage trends from data (Mixpanel or Looker is nice to have)

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented; loves building process from scratch; keeps people on track
• Comfortable reaching out to people directly and assigning work
• Strong written and verbal communication; service-oriented across teams
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Experience with Asana or similar PM tool including workflow setup and task tracking
• Able to pull data from multiple sources; Mixpanel or Looker familiarity preferred
