Product ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed ML work within product teams (SMB, Scaler, Enterprise) for fast, customer-focused outcomes.
• Own ML projects end to end: frame, choose approach, ship, and monitor in production.
• Decide build vs. buy: fine-tune or integrate external models and APIs as needed.
• Move ideas to production quickly with week-scale projects.
• Collaborate with ML team while staying aligned with product priorities.
• Stay close to users and drive iterations from feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years shipping ML-powered products in production.
• Strong experience with PyTorch or TF/JAX; applied-science depth in vision/diffusion models.
• Pragmatic builder who uses external models/APIs when faster to value.
• Product-minded: measure success by shipped features and business impact.
• Comfortable in production codebases; end-to-end ownership of ML features.
• Fluent in English; French not required.
