📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product operating system with roadmaps and execution tracking.
• Stand up core cadences and define the PM tool stack.
• Design and run lightweight operating cadences without extra process.
• Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across the product org.
• Identify where automation and AI can transform product work.
• Build systems to capture and share high-quality product work and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Ops or Technical Program Management.
• Track record of standing up or scaling a product operating model from a blank page.
• Strong systems thinking; design scalable operating models without bureaucracy.
• Scrappy, high-ownership executor comfortable building in ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills (quant/qual) and clear written/verbal communication.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and agentic workflows.
