📋 Description

• Lead the operational engine across Product and Engineering; own company-wide roadmapping and
• Drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation across R&D; implement AI agents and workflows to empower
• Manage roadmap for AI transformation, tooling, skills, workflows, and supporting infra.
• Lead organizational change management; help engineers, product leaders, designers adopt new AI ways
• Coordinate product roadmapping, cross-team dependencies, OKRs, and exec communication.
• Oversee solution development lifecycle; coordinate launches and maintain documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience initiating or driving an AI-enabled SDLC transformation or comparable
• Hands-on fluency with coding agents, agentic workflows, and modern AI tools; willing to experiment
• Strong change management capabilities; influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal
• Strong product or R&D operations experience; defining metrics, monitoring performance, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with senior leaders, customers
• Product management experience is a plus.
