Product Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own the operational backbone of the Product org — systems, cadences, and standards.
• Stand up lightweight operating cadences for planning, reviews, and tracking.
• Define the PM tool stack and partner with Engineering on execution.
• Build systems to capture high-quality product work and decisions.
• Design feedback loops with customers and ecosystem to inform roadmaps.
• Identify where AI and agentic workflows can accelerate product work.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Operations, TPM, or similar in fast-moving product-led org.
• Proven track record standing up or scaling a product operating model from scratch.
• Strong systems thinking; scalable operating models without bureaucracy.
• Scrappy, high-ownership executor comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics with clear written/verbal communication.
• Hands-on with AI tools and a view on agentic workflows.
