Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards (Quicksight, SQL, Excel) for evidence-based decisions.
• Define product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and reporting.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
• Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams for smooth collaboration.
• Own end-to-end product release readiness with Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales.
• Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in Product Operations, Product Mgmt, or BizOps in tech.
• Strong data skills; SQL or equivalent.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; influence without authority.
• System-thinking mindset; reduce friction via processes/tools.
• Autonomous, self-starter; own projects end-to-end in distributed environments.
• Experience with global/multi-country product launches; English proficient.
