Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead product operations across PMs, AI workflows, and insights.
• Drive launch operations and cross-functional GTM, adoption campaigns.
• Shape the product analytics platform and instrumentation (Heap, dashboards).
• Implement AI tooling to accelerate PRD drafting, research synthesis, sprint reporting.
• Partner with CTO's office on internal OS; influence product cadence.
• Work with a distributed team across US, Bengaluru, and London.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or senior PM.
• AI-savvy; hands-on with AI tooling and agent workflows.
• Experience with Heap, Linear, Notion, and Customer.io.
• SQL proficiency to validate numbers.
• Experience running a Voice of Customer program or close with Insights.
• Comfortable in a globally distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Ability to operate as a peer to senior PMs and Execs.
