Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Embedded at Monks as a critical operational partner for a high-profile enterprise account.
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating program priorities into tracked release schedules.
• Coordinate global stakeholders and drive UAT follow-through and day-to-day product operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, program coordination, technical support, or execution-focused roles
• Operational & tracking expertise with enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for high-volume
• Global alignment experience across multiple regions/time zones with strong cross-functional
• Release knowledge including localization workflows and UAT execution support.
• Data/dashboard literacy; SQL and/or Python is a strong plus for lightweight reporting.
