Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and govern elements of the operating model for Apps from discovery to commercialization and
• Design and maintain customer signal loops—feeback, usage signals, and market insights into product
• Reinvent the product development lifecycle around evidence-based design, AI integration, and
• Design roadmaps and delivery plans as outcomes-based artifacts aligned to tooling (Aha!).
• Establish playbooks, templates, and best practices for consistency across the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with full lifecycle understanding (discovery
• Proven ability to design/optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality; examples of shipped
• Experience using AI tools to build or enhance product or cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, reports, and turning metrics into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success in a
