Product Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day operational issues across our product portfolio
• Intake and triage bugs and requests for Product/Engineering
• Build product/process knowledge for cross-functional teams
• Support launches of new courses and LMS tasks
• Coordinate with Regulatory and Product teams on updates
• Maintain healthy course catalog with accurate updates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product ops, coordination, or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear communication across teams; handle ownership gray areas
• Curious, investigative mindset; untangle operational problems
• Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize
• Systems-minded; comfortable debugging non-code issues
