Own day-to-day risk and fraud case resolution for HELOCs
Review risk alerts, monitor transactions, and investigate fraud or account takeover
Communicate with borrowers to verify activity and escalate risk events to relevant teams
Manage high-volume cases within service-level timelines
Cross-train on HELOC post-approval casework and provide coverage
Identify improvements and automation; partner with Eng, Product, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
3–5 years in payment ops, transaction monitoring, fraud, or risk operations
Hands-on experience reviewing fraud alerts, investigating disputes, and resolving risk cases
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with risk awareness
Proficiency with CRM and case management systems; ability to work independently in fintech
