Product Operations Specialist, Risk

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day resolution of risk and fraud cases for HELOC product
• Review risk alerts; monitor transactions; investigate fraud or takeover; verify identity on failed auth
• Communicate with borrowers to verify activity and escalate risk events to appropriate teams
• Manage a high volume of cases accurately within SLAs
• Cross-train on HELOC post-approval casework (closing, recording, disputes, vendor coordination)
• Provide coverage for the operations team and drive borrower issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years in payment operations, transaction monitoring, fraud operations, or risk operations, ideally fintech
• Hands-on experience reviewing fraud alerts, investigating disputes, performing account verification, and resolving cases
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases with accuracy within SLAs
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with risk awareness
• Effective written/verbal comms; coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering; communicate with borrowers
