Product Owner

📋 Description

• Translate strategy into epics, requirements, and deliverables for product/engineering teams.
• Understand business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, regulatory constraints.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; remove low-value work.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery; manage risks and blockers.
• Analyze data, user journeys, edge cases, and requirements to spot opportunities.
• Write clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/Manager role, fintech/crypto/payments preferred.
• Strong crypto product/infrastructure knowledge (wallets, on/off-ramps, cards, trading).
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, user flows, data-driven decisions.
• SQL or BI tools familiarity a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making based on impact.
