📋 Description

• Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities to identify product innovations.
• Own and prioritize backlog based on value, impact, dependencies, and priorities.
• Create/refine epics, features, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related
• 5+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA or related product role.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiar with Kanban and agile practices.
• Expertise in strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritization, and release planning.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate complex requirements into specs.
