📋 Description

• Translate strategy into epics, requirements, initiatives, and deliverables for product and
• Maintain context behind initiatives: business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, regulatory
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, remove low-value work, focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery, monitor timelines, identify risks, ensure on-time
• Conduct business and product analysis using data, user journeys, and edge cases.
• Write clear requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and other docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager, fintech/crypto/payments a plus.
• Strong understanding of crypto products and infrastructure (wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, user-flow analysis, data-informed decisions.
• SQL or BI tools experience a plus.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and business functions.
• Strong execution and organizational skills; translate objectives into actionable plans.
