📋 Description

• Translate high-level product strategy into epics, requirements, and deliverables for product and
• Understand context: business objectives, user needs, market dynamics, regulatory constraints.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; remove low-value work to maximize impact.
• Drive execution from planning to delivery; monitor timelines and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Project teams.
• Provide executives and stakeholders with progress updates and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles, fintech/crypto/payments experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of crypto products: wallets, on/off-ramps, crypto cards, trading.
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, user flows, data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Excellent English communication; strong prioritization and ownership.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
