Act as Product Owner for a multidisciplinary DevOps team within the UBO domain
Translate legislation, policy changes, and stakeholder needs into concrete product goals, features
Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and legal
Drive results, progress, and value creation within the team
Manage dependencies between teams, chain partners, and stakeholders
Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting statutory delivery obligations

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Business & ICT
Demonstrable knowledge of government processes
Demonstrable knowledge of Scrum/Agile
Recent (within 7 years) and at least 5 years of customer-facing/commercial IT/change experience
Recent (within 5 years) experience leading multidisciplinary DevOps teams
Recent (within 5 years) experience driving customer experience improvements using customer insight
