📋 Description

• Lead Quality team (IQC, IPQC, QA Engineers) in complex projects
• Drive cross-functional actions for corrective actions
• Develop product quality plans for contract manufacturers
• Audit CM adherence and manage system-level development testing
• Prepare dashboards to track top quality issues and actions
• Oversee PPAP and component validation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical & electrical engineering fundamentals
• Experience with hardware test and fixture development
• Expert in GR&R, SPC, Cpk, 5WHY, and Fishbone analysis
• Data analysis skills to create useful dashboards
• Experience launching new products from manufacturing or development
• Team coaching and clear technical communication
