  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new Chatbot logo acquisition.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline via prospecting, outbound, and mapping.
  • Conduct product demos, craft proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and events to generate leads.
  • Partner with Account Directors to close cross-sell opportunities within customers.
  • Co-own forecasting and deal strategy for Chatbot opportunities in multi-solution deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in SaaS/enterprise sales, ideally CX, AI, or chatbots.
  • Proven success in new business and expansion selling.
  • Deep understanding of chatbots, automation, or support platforms.
  • Able to articulate value to executives and tech stakeholders.
  • Hunter mindset, self-driven, and able to manage complex deals.
  • Fluent in English; regional language skills are a plus.
