Product Security Advisor

📋 Description

• Advise product engineering on secure coding, vulnerability mgmt, SSDLC, secure-by-design practices.
• Support application security tooling (SAST, SCA, IAST, CNAPP) and remediation guidance.
• Conduct threat modelling using STRIDE, PASTA, MAESTRO.
• Embed security principles into product design with architecture teams; lead security reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (OWASP, CIS, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Collaborate on security controls, audits, and evidence for SOC 2, PCI-DSS, CIS, FedRAMP.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity/product security/security architecture or related field.
• 3+ years info security in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong secure coding, threat modelling, secure architecture, and secure SDLC/CI/CD experience.
• Previous software development/engineering experience; able to communicate with dev teams.
• Experience identifying and remediating vulnerabilities in cloud/web apps.
• Knowledge of OWASP, PCI, CIS, and NIST.
