• 15+ years in technical leadership across enterprise architecture
• Hands-on architecting production AI/agentic systems
• Experience resolving high-severity executive escalations
• Strong executive presence and trust-building in crises
• Influence without authority across Product, Eng, and field
• Track record turning engagements into reusable frameworks
