Product Support Specialist, Education Team (Full time, 1-year contract)

📋 Description

• Guide schools through SSO setup, domain verification, and provisioning
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID backends
• Act as tech point for State partnership rollouts across auth paths
• Diagnose onboarding blockers with school IT admins
• Create setup guides and self-serve resources
• Track common issues and suggest internal improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SSO, SAML/OAuth, identity and access setup
• Hands-on with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID admin
• At least 3 years in technical support or implementation
• Calm, methodical problem solver when integrations break
• Clear English and Hindi communication
• Able to manage multiple school systems and timelines
