📋 Description

• Lead the product training team and set standards across customer-facing roles.
• Own product training for Support, Onboarding, and GTM globally.
• Build and run a unified new-starter program for all hires.
• Develop competency frameworks and assessments to measure readiness.
• Create a seasonal training calendar and ongoing education as the product evolves.
• Partner with Product, Onboarding, Support, GTM, People, and Marketing for launches.

• Proven training program design, competency frameworks, and assessments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across multiple teams.
• Data-driven decisions using ticket trends, CSAT, and ramp times.
• Ability to simplify complex product concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with AI-enhanced learning and automation.
