Product Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain product training plans for different user groups.
• Partner with Product teams to translate features into engaging learning materials across modules
• Develop internal training resources for onboarding and ongoing product knowledge.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content development and improve learner experience.
• Collaborate with Implementation teams to tailor learning for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering technical product training or similar technology-focused learning programs.
• At least 3 years of mortgage industry experience with loan origination knowledge.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical instructions.
• Experience delivering training across formats: live sessions, webinars, digital learning, and
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong relationship-building.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
