• Own the seasonal training calendar aligned with farming seasons.
• Build training content: modules, assessments, tests across the product suite.
• Get ahead of new product releases with ready-to-go training.
• Run competency assessments and provide direct feedback.
• Stay close to teams via support calls and farm visits to fix gaps.
