📋 Description

• Build and run the new starter training across onboarding, support, and GTM.
• Own the seasonal training calendar aligned to ranch seasons.
• Create training content: modules, assessments, tests for the product.
• Prepare training ahead of product releases with Product and Marketing.
• Run competency assessments and provide direct feedback.
• Stay close to teams and feed knowledge gaps back into the program.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong teaching craft; hold a room and adapt.
• Experience building training collateral: guides, assessments, videos.
• Familiar with adult learning principles.
• Data-driven; use data to spot knowledge gaps.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Support, Onboarding, GTM, Product.
• Interest in agtech, farming, or complex technical products.
