Production Engineer to join the production management team in Istanbul DESBAS (Tuzla).
Supervise all production processes, lead shift teams, ensure compliance with quality standards.
3-shift rotational system with focus on production efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
Drive technical re-equipment projects and monitor production facilities.
Collaborate across departments to meet KPIs and annual targets.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication
2–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing and shop-floor supervision.
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including night/rotating shifts).
Proven knowledge of process improvement tools (Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing
Experience in process control, monitoring, and regulation across production stages.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, customer quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
