Production Engineer, Support Tooling (Tooling and Frameworks)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own support-facing tools for triage and routing.
• Develop AI-powered assistants and automations for root-cause discovery.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and signals to surface tooling issues.
• Build self-service diagnostics to empower Support/CX.
• Codify reliability into APIs and Kubernetes controllers where appropriate.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to shape roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in software or infra engineering for production services.
• Proficiency in Go or Python (or equivalent).
• Strong Linux, containers, and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with observability and data-driven reliability improvements.
• Experience with incident management and steady-state ops.
• Collaborative with Support/CX, Product, SRE, and owners.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $182,000 - $242,000 (USD).
