Production Engineering Analyst

📋 Description

• Measure and analyze production performance using metrics (throughput, quality, cost, safety)
• Collaborate with Production, Software/Systems, Finance, Safety teams
• Own production projects from scoping to budgeting and scheduling
• Design/improve layouts and processes with CAD support
• Develop standardized work and run time studies with operators
• Drive Lean improvements (Kaizen, Gemba, 5S, value stream maps)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Eng or related field
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing engineering in fast-paced settings
• Lean project leadership experience in manufacturing or repair
• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for layouts
• Experience with production metrics and statistical tools (Pareto, SPC)
• Strong project management: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination
