• Lead lean transformation initiatives and streamline production processes for lean vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing engineering in an operational setting
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for layouts
• Experience building and interpreting production metrics and SPC tools
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams
