Production Engineering Internship (Mechanical)

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day manufacturing problem-solving on the floor (assembly + test).
• Design and build small mechanical fixtures/jigs and line-side improvements (CAD).
• Help develop and validate process changes (pre/post comparisons, simple DOEs).
• Create and update work instructions, visuals, and training materials.
• Support root cause analysis (5-why / fishbone) and corrective actions.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D for feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• Studying Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).
• Hands-on learner in a real production environment.
• Clear communication and tidy documentation.
• Basic GD&T and tolerance awareness.
• Exposure to manufacturing/process engineering, quality, or test/automation.
• Experience with Excel/Sheets or Python for analysis.
