Production Manager

📋 Description

• Turn briefs into clear production plans with timelines and budgets
• Lead pre-production: talent, crew, locations, and logistics
• Oversee on-set operations from setup to wrap
• Coordinate props, wardrobe, equipment, clearances, and vendors
• Serve as a confident PM contact for brand partners and internal teams
• Track production progress across concurrent shoots and keep on schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in production with proven PM experience
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent productions
• Comfortable in client-facing situations and stakeholder meetings
• Strong budgeting, vendor sourcing, and rate negotiation skills
• Fluent in project management tools such as Monday.com
• Knowledge of IP clearance, insurance, and permitting workflows
