Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead in-plant technical services for Forming, Job Change, Mold Repair, Machine Repair
• Apply lean six sigma to improve quality and line efficiency
• Manage department leaders in mold repair, machine repair, and forming
• Provide technical and financial oversight in accountability areas
• Collaborate with production teams to meet safety and quality targets
• Forecast and manage major projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Glass industry experience, especially in glass forming
• Experience supervising/leading people in manufacturing
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with job changes and improvement initiatives
• Project management skills
