Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead overall production performance, focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to meet targets
• Coach leaders, manage priorities, and drive accountability for performance goals
• Use data, KPIs, and process improvements to maximize throughput while complying with state
• Partner with Operations leadership to maintain smooth production and support business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing, production, or other regulated environments
• Experience leading production teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, inventory management, and daily goals
• Ability to prioritize workloads, solve problems quickly, and keep operations running in a
• Proficient in production metrics/KPIs and in creating SOPs, training materials, and documentation
