Production Operator (Manufacturing Facility)

📋 Description

• Operate machinery in a new manufacturing facility on day or night shifts (12-hour shifts
• Measure and mix with precision to meet batch standards.
• Use ERP system for material handling, batching paperwork, and inventory control.
• Maintain safety and quality by following guidelines and practices.
• Collaborate with team and uphold company values; clean and sanitize heavy equipment.
• Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs; read/write English; wear steel-toe boots as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work in cold and warm environments in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers; proficiency with ERP and HMI for
• Team-oriented with strong attention to batching and traceability paperwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to obtain required PPE and safety training.
• English language proficiency.
