Production Risk Engineer - MPL/Architects & Engineers

📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth through risk evaluation, underwriting excellence, and broker partnerships.
• Leverage AI-assisted scoring and automation to improve risk selection and processes.
• Evaluate submissions, price accounts, and deliver competitive terms with underwriting discipline.
• Provide timely quotes and improve broker engagement with tech-enabled tools.
• Analyze complex management and professional liability risks to identify exposures and coverage
• Collaborate across underwriting, product, engineering, data, and operations to improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years underwriting experience in management liability or professional liability.
• Experience with brokers, carriers, underwriters, or clients in professional liability markets.
• Strong knowledge of specialty liability products, rating procedures, and endorsements.
• Proven ability to develop profitable broker relationships and manage accounts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel ~monthly.
