Production Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Supervise hourly employees in continuous plant production
• Support plant goals, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor checks and review shift operations for improvements
• Ensure team training and adherence to procedures
• Monitor control charts and discuss shifts with key personnel
• Coach, counsel and discipline to maintain performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma with relevant experience considered
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shift (Days & Nights)
• 3+ years in manufacturing/production
• Leadership/supervisory experience, ideally in a union facility
• Previous glass industry experience preferred
