Production Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant’s production activities.
• Assist in maintaining focus on plant goals, safety, and quality improvements.
• Monitor shifts and ensure adherence to the 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts).
• Review operations to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Ensure all team members are trained and follow procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma/GED with relevant experience considered.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating days/nights.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/production; supervisory experience in a union setting preferred.
• Experience in the glass industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and disciplinary skills.
