🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, engineering preferred
5+ years in manufacturing workshop production or technique management
Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electronic products
Proactive, quick learner with strong communication and team skills
English written and spoken skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and improvements
