Production Supervisor - Nightshift

📋 Description

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for assigned production areas, lines, or programs.
• Execute production plans while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Establish daily targets, staffing plans, and labor allocation.
• Monitor production performance and escalate constraints as needed.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind schedule.
• Maintain safety, organization, cleanliness, and 5S on the floor.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing, production, operations, or related.
• Experience leading or supervising production staff.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor execution.
• Experience managing staffing and changing operational priorities.
• Experience using manufacturing KPIs (output, yield, scrap, cycle time, downtime, labor).
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
