Production Supervisor, Silicon Assembly (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead a manufacturing team responsible for silicon packages and flight/consumer hardware.
• Scale insourcing from prototyping to high-volume production in a cleanroom.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and mgmt to solve problems fast.
• Ensure safety policies and EH&S training for the team.
• Develop daily production plans and prioritize based on commitments and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S/6S, and value-stream tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership in manufacturing/test or 5+ years with degree.
• Hands-on with safety-critical systems, automated equipment, and heavy equipment.
• Bachelor’s preferred; or multiple years in semiconductor back-end/manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP/MRP; Power BI and SQL a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), SPC, FMEA, TOC.
