📋 Description

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety regulations, and
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and assembly personnel.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards including AS9100 and ITAR.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a production supervisory role in a medium/high-rate environment for
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
