📋 Description

• Own day-to-day MAIT execution for spacecraft manufacturing and optical payload integration
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team with clear roles and standards
• Establish daily management routines to surface risks and deviations
• Ensure operational readiness with trained personnel, materials, and cleanrooms
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to improve flow and productivity
• Ensure quality standards and root cause analysis for non-conformances

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years manufacturing/production/assembly/integration experience
• Proven experience leading production or technical ops teams
• Aerospace/space/defence or high-reliability manufacturing background
• Experience with ramp-up, new factory setup, or new line intro
• Lean manufacturing experience: 5S, Kaizen, VSM, standard work, visual management
• Experience with cleanroom or controlled environments
