Train plant employees on job skills and cGMP standards
Maintain training records; run reports in the training tracking system
Train personnel on equipment operating procedures, documentation practices and GMP
Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training
Ensure training is current and properly documented per cGMP
Support area trainers and assist in developing training materials and documentation

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role, manufacturing experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact across levels
Well organized with attention to detail
Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems
