📋 Description

• Batch setup and dough mixing operations
• Determine batch recipes and mix ingredients
• Move and stage dough through lines and containers
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library
• Operate dough trays, stack and ship products
• Perform warehouse duties: loading, picking, receiving

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Read/interpret production materials, sanitation guides, gauges, and data
• Attention to detail; accurate in counting and recording
• Team oriented and safety minded
• Available to work varied 24/7 shifts
